1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by mgs888 (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") in their entirety. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and mgs888.

• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a User's personal bank account or e-wallet to their mgs888 Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification through government-issued identification documents.
• "Platform" means the mgs888 website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's mgs888 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use mgs888 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. mgs888 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Restricted Jurisdictions: Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal are prohibited from using the Platform. By registering, you represent that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Registration Process

To register for an Account, you must provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number (Indonesian number preferred)
• Date of birth (to verify 21+ age requirement)
• Residential address
• Secure password meeting our complexity requirements

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used for other online accounts
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
• Never share your password with any third party
• Immediately notify mgs888 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially on shared or public devices

mgs888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that your Account email address and mobile phone number remain valid and accessible. mgs888 will use these contact methods for important account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts. If you lose access to your registered email or phone number, you must contact customer support immediately to update your information.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

mgs888 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Indonesian banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). mgs888 does not charge currency conversion fees.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 for major banks and e-wallets; Rp 100,000 for some alternative methods
• Maximum Deposit: Varies by payment method; typically Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for major banks
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited instantly upon bank confirmation, usually within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (WIB)

5.3 Deposit Source Verification

Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. mgs888 reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership at any time.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

mgs888 operates under strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to refuse deposits, delay withdrawals, or request additional documentation if we suspect any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. You agree not to use the Platform for any illicit financial transactions.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:

• Complete KYC verification (identity document upload and selfie verification)
• Have a minimum balance of Rp 100,000 (minimum withdrawal amount)
• Have satisfied any active bonus wagering requirements
• Use the same payment method for withdrawal that was used for deposit (where applicable)

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Business Hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB): 15-60 minutes average processing time
• Outside Business Hours: 1-6 hours
• Weekends: Processed on the next business day (Monday morning)

Processing times are estimates and may be affected by bank processing schedules, public holidays, or additional verification requirements. mgs888 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of security checks.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction; higher limits available for VIP tier members

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

mgs888 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer or receiving fees, which are beyond our control.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification

For security purposes, mgs888 may require additional verification for large withdrawals, withdrawals from newly registered accounts, or withdrawals to new payment destinations. This may include requesting additional identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms Overview

mgs888 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiration periods.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require wagering (also called "rollover" or "playthrough") before withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 10,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino games: 10-20% contribution
• Sports bets: Varies by odds; typically bets at odds of 1.75 or higher contribute 100%

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

8.1 Game Integrity

All games on mgs888 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

8.2 Game Rules

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mgs888 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information, using false identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or sports betting
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Advantage Play Exploitation: Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or loopholes for profit
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes after funds have been used for gambling
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or engage in other illicit financial activity
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your Account
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff members

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While mgs888 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control. mgs888 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. mgs888 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mgs888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall mgs888's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by mgs888

mgs888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• You provide false or misleading information
• Required by law or regulatory authority

11.2 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with active bonuses or pending withdrawals may have a closure delay.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no activity (login or transaction) for 365 consecutive days will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 deducted from the Account balance. mgs888 will notify you via email before applying dormancy fees.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Customer Support

If you have a complaint, concern, or dispute regarding your Account or any transaction, you must first contact mgs888 customer support via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

12.2 Escalation Process

If you are not satisfied with the customer support resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the management team by sending a detailed written complaint to [email protected]. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

12.3 Final Decision

mgs888's decision on all matters related to the Platform, including disputes about game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status, is final and binding.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mgs888 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable Indonesian laws. By using the Platform, you agree to hold mgs888 harmless from any legal liability arising from your use of the Platform in violation of local laws.

14. Amendments to Terms

mgs888 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email or Account notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
